These homeowners came to us wanting to redesign their outdoor living space completely. They wanted something new and big. They love to entertain, and the existing deck didn’t allow them the space to entertain how they wanted to! They had big visions, and we were able to design a fully custom-elevated living space to meet their entertaining needs.

We replaced the original 300 square foot deck with a new 740 square foot deck, giving them plenty of space for parties. The customer wanted something more dynamic and different from a basic square deck, so we were able to design an octagon-shaped deck. We went with the popular Trex color, Gravel Path, with black Timbertech Aluminium railing. We also enclosed the underneath space of the deck to allow for even more entertainment. We built the homeowners a beautiful sunroom with big Vinylmax white windows to allow plenty of sunlight. We installed an under-decking system to keep the rain out of the sunroom and added 32 can lights and 3 ceiling fans! A custom stacked rock fireplace was added to create the perfect cozy place for cooler days. The spiral staircase, hidden from the outside, stands in the “tower,” which keeps the stairs completely private and safe.
