They helped us visualize and personalize our ideas and we agreed on a plan. Daniel Cash (Superintendent) took over from there. He took care of every detail along the way and kept us informed. I was able to watch most of the construction and I was blown away by the skill and pride that Cesar and his crew put into our project. I felt as if they were treating our home as if it was their home. As my wife and I were enjoying an evening swim, I asked her if the patio turned out as good as she thought it would, and she said way better than I expected. I agree!!! We had Ben Hill Renovations build us a covered, screened in deck. We decided to do the sun exposed area in timber tech, and the covered area in wood to keep the cost down. From start to finish they were wonderful to work with. Trent, Tanya, and Daniel all responded to every question and message I sent promptly either by personal cell phone or the app. I’m so happy with my new deck and can’t wait for the fall to watch SEC football outside. We had our 40-year-old solarium replaced with 3 new Pella windows and 2 skylights. It was a complex job, but renovation specialist Joshua Welch, superintendent Shawn Anderson and office administrator Tonya Jones handled the process with professionalism. Workers Daniel and Martin were great, as well, providing hands-on labor (cutting, building, measuring, staining, roofing, etc.) with precision.
